  1. The Newmark Air Conditioning HVAC technician will practice the CDC social distancing guidelines when present in the home or office or in close proximity to occupants where HVAC services are being performed.

  3. The presentation, acceptance, and approval of work will be via electronic means without the customer touching the HVAC technician’s electronic devices.
